Meet Rodney Williams
Xpress Mortgage is led by Rodney Williams, President and Principal Manager (NMLS #142483). Rodney’s path to mortgage lending runs deeper than most: an Indiana University graduate in Finance and Accounting, he began his career on the Chicago Board Options Exchange with Fosset Trading Company, where he was named Assistant Vice President of Stock Loans within two years. Since 1989, he has also run The Williams Consulting Group, advising small and mid-sized businesses on financing, negotiations, valuations, and turnarounds — experience that means when he shops your loan, he’s negotiating terms the way he has for businesses for over thirty years.
A credential most brokers can’t offer
Rodney is also an Approved Property Tax Advisor for the State of Indiana (Assessor Level II), working with commercial and residential clients to make sure their properties are assessed fairly. For homeowners, that means your broker understands not just your mortgage payment, but the property tax side of what you’ll actually pay every month — and whether your assessment is right.
